For 90 years, Habegger Furniture has been Northeast Indiana's destination for quality furniture and exceptional design. As a family-owned business now in its fourth generation, we've built our reputation on integrity, craftsmanship, and personalized service that transforms houses into homes.
Our History
In 1935, Habegger Furniture opened in Berne, Indiana with a simple vision: quality furniture and honest service. Four generations later, that vision continues under Gary Habegger (third generation) and his daughter Amanda Habegger Sprunger (fourth generation).
We expanded to Fort Wayne in 2003, bringing our design-focused approach to a growing market. Our Fort Wayne location serves as the national dealer showroom for Smith Brothers—we showcase more of their product than any other showroom in the country and redesign our space twice yearly with their latest collections.
Through decades of industry change, one thing remains constant: treating every customer with honesty, integrity, compassion, and understanding. We're proud that many customers are now second and third-generation shoppers who grew up with Habegger furniture in their homes.
